Dementia Friendly

The West Belfast Health & Wellbeing forum continues to prioritise dementia awareness and support for those living with dementia and their carers. Funding has been secured from GP federation £4000 to raise awareness within West Belfast. A dementia friendly memory ball was held In the balmoral hotel. The event raised money towards dementia friendly awareness cafes.
